Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Time:

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (customs may cause delays)

Tracking:

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delays:

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, weather, or holidays. The Lash Fairy is not responsible for carrier delays once your package has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office first. The Lash Fairy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
