Return & Refund Policy

Each order from The Lash Fairy by Simone is hand-packed with care and inspected for quality before shipment. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of lash products, all sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your package arrives damaged or your item is defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at thelashfairyys@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review your claim. Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit.

Refunds:

Refunds are only processed in the event of a verified damaged product or if the item is unavailable. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for refund processing once approved.
